Paradise Complex - Kapparis Cyprus

A new, fully furnished and fully equipped first floor Apartment located in the much sought after area of Kapparis in Southern Cyprus. The Apartment, which has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people, is attractively situated close to the Mediterranean and is just a short walk from pretty local beaches. The popular resort of Pernera and Protaras are just a few minutes drive away and just 15 minutes takes you to the highly acclaimed resort of Ayia Napa and Nissi beach. If you prefer to stay close to home, the Apartment comes with a large, attractive communal pool with shower, toilet and changing facilities.

Accomodation

Lounge/ Dining Room - Comfortable living area with dining table and chairs, three seater settee, sofa bed that sleeps two, Satellite , DVD player and air conditioning. Patio doors open from the lounge onto a large sun balcony equipped with patio table and chairs and sun loungers.

Bedrooms - Large main bedroom with a full size double bed, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning' and patio door leading to the balcony. Large second bedroom with twoo single beds, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and a personal safe.

Kitchen - fully equipped with oven, hob, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, washing machine all kitchen utensils cutley and crockey.

General - All sheets and towels are provided. There is a weekly maid service included. The apartment comes with private parking facilities and easy access by lift or stairs.

All air conditioning units can be used as heaters if required during the cooler months (Dec, Jan and Feb). Hot water is provided by solar power but there is also a back-up immersion heater for those rare occasions when the sun doesn't shine.

Kapparis, an up and coming area close to the Famagusta view points has a number of attractive and peaceful beaches just ten minutes walk away. If you like a little more action , there are also beaches providing water sports and boat trips. Kapparis has a variety of local bars with all year round entertainment and a number of good restaurants to suit all tastes. It also has one of the best Cypriot tavernas in the area. There is everthing on hand to meet your immediate needs including two very good local supermarkets, a bakery and a variety of gift and local shops.

A few minutes drive to the West takes you to the busy resorts of Pernera and Protaras. Both have some of the best beaches on island including the renowned Fig Tree Bay. Tavernas, restaurants, bars, pbbs and clubs abound with live enteainment every evening until late and plenty of shops and boutiques for you to browse. There is a good local taxi service and a bus service.

Venture a little further and you will reach Cape Greko with its panoramic views and stunning walks and further still brings you to Ayia Napa with its famous beaches, harbour, water-park and all the shops, restaurants and clubs you could ever want.

A short distance from Kapparis is the rural town of Paralimni. This attractive working town has many coffee shops and tavernas but also a good variety of shops and facilities.
