The rates include the use of the air-conditioning. A 25% deposit (Non-refundable) will be required to secure the booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Long term rentals are welcome at reduced rate. Please enquire for details.

There is a £150 damage deposit to be paid at the same time as the rental balance. If there is no damage to the property or the contents, the deposit will be return 7 days after the rental period.
